On 15th August 2024, our school, Upgraded Higher Secondary School, Basadhi, celebrated Independence Day with great enthusiasm and patriotism. The program began with the hoisting of the national flag by the school principal, followed by the singing of the national anthem.
Students presented a vibrant cultural program that included patriotic songs, dances, and skits showcasing India’s rich history and diversity. Speeches by students highlighted the sacrifices of our freedom fighters and inspired everyone to uphold the values of unity and freedom.
The event concluded with a certificate distribution ceremony where students were awarded for their academic and extracurricular achievements. It was a day filled with pride and joy as everyone came together to honor our nation’s independence.
